Change of mind

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at birdieblue01@gmail.com, noting your invoice number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note returns shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Once we receive your item/s it will be assessed. You will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. In most situations you will be issued with a credit note via email. This credit note is valid for 1 year from issue date. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions it will be returned to you. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. Please note we have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get your desired product is to make a separate purchase for the new item and contact us at birdieblue01@gmail.com to arrange a return for the original purchase.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Non-refundable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on jewellery, underwear and swimwear. Gift cards are also non refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
